Check a Realtor's real estate experience. Have they built custom homes? Have they developed raw land? Have they re-zoned raw land? Have they designed custom homes? Do they understand and contribute to geo-demographic development? Can they spot the next real estate trend(s) before it happens? Have they named a city street? (many souvenirs are sold in regards to the street I created in N. Las Vegas, NV "Internet Avenue").
If they cannot answer YES to each of these questions then they DO NOT HAVE the real estate experience that I have, plain and simple!
